Mazafati dates also known as Kimia in the world’s markets, it also has other names such as the black, Bam, and Bami dates, the best quality of Mazafati dates grows in Bam city, Kerman province, south of Iran and our product is from city of Bam.

The highest quality and the best type of Mazafati Dates are the ones are black, which have the right moisture and loved by many customers around the globe, Mazafati dates are considered as wet dates and over 20 different varieties are available in Iranian market.

It is a dark, soft, fleshy and sweet date of medium size, about 2.5–4.5 cm with a relatively high moisture content of between 32-35%, varying with the time of harvest and the location of the grove, the date is suited for fresh consumption not dried.

It is grown in the region of southern Iran, mainly in Bam, Jiroft, Kahnuj.

Harvesting time: depends on the variety starts in August, lasting to the end of October.
