KABKAB DATES

 Kabkab Date is long with darkish brown colour, it is one of the most widely consumed and tasty wet Dates in the world that can be grown in most tropical cities of Iran.

However nearly all of Iranian Kabkab Date fruit is cultivated in Khesht and Kamarj areas of Kazerun in Fars province, Dashtestan city of Borazjan in Bushehr province and Behbahan city inKhuzestan province, our Kabkab Date is coming from Khesht and Kamarj but by customer request we can provide them the product from other above-mentioned areas as well.

Moisture: below %18.

Kabkab Date colour: Kabkab Date in the Kharak and Rutab stages (process) is yellow and when turns into ripe; its colour turns into darkish brown.

 

 

Shape: Black-Brown, Long, Oval, Meaty & Fully-Cling to The Flesh

Size: about 3.5 to 4 cm

Harvesting time: Mid-September

Storage: keeping in room temperature

Keeping Condition: Room temperature up to 6 months, Kabkab Date should be kept in good condition because of syrup and moisture.

Quality: Sorted, Cleaned, Washed & Dried

Shelf Life: 12 – 18 Months
