Golden Kashmar Raisins is named after the city of Kashmar in eastern part of Iran where is produced, it has sweet and sour taste and long length shape.

It also called long raisins and are made using sulphur fumigation process and shade dried so they are golden amber in colour.

Iranian long golden raisins are produced from special variety of grapes which is known as Pekami grows in the east of country.

Golden Kashmar Raisins are popular for those who dislike the extreme sweat flavour of other raisins types.

Like other raisins, kashmar raisins are dried, coated with vegetable oil, stemmed, mechanically cleaned, laser and hand sorted then metal detected under extreme care of hygienic conditions and with legal and safety requirements and the customers special specifications.

The difference between golden and green Kashmar raisins is in the percentage of the sulphur.

 

GREEN KASHMAR RAISINS

Green Kashmar Raisins is named after the city of Kashmar in eastern part of Iran where is produced, it has sweet and sour taste and long length shape.

 Green Kashmar Raisins are produced mostly in north-east of Iran and they are similar in taste to golden Kashmar raisins, although the latter come from a different variety of grape than do typical dark raisins.

Green Kashmar Raisins are popular for those who dislike the extreme sweat flavour of other raisins types.
